Growing up in the English countryside, sisters Valerie and Vanessa shared more than a wardrobe. They shared a love for timeless clothing, beautifully made pieces, and a golden retriever named Floof, who was never far from their side.
Friends affectionately called the sisters the Vavas, and before long, the name simply stuck. When they began creating the wardrobe they had always searched for, combining the sisters' nickname with their beloved companion felt only natural.
