Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment. -
Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.
All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After dispatch, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To access it, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If your tracking still does not show any information after several days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
