Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these goods have been delivered together; or
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by email: support@vavafloof.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that are produced according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;
-
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
-
for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
-
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
